Ways to turn complaints into gratitudes

Part 1

If you think complaining is more honest than gratitude, you might be overlooking some truths about the situations that you are in.

I used to think gratitude was a stupid practice too. I thought it was a waste of time when there are so many bad things that need to be fixed in the world. I didn’t understand the value of gratitude until I started practicing it.

Here is one simple example of how much gratitude expands the good of any situation.

Part 2

You might think it’s more practical to complain than to appreciate.

Maybe you just haven’t met practical people who are also humble and grateful. I bet you have. You’ve probably just overlooked them. The same way you overlook most positive things in the world, if that’s the way you think.
