Day 9 of #nocomplaints30
Today’s journaling prompt to help you #meetyourselfonpaper is simple
Start to take stock of the most common complaints you tend to speak.
When you refrain from spreading negativity, where do you find yourself with gaps in your ability to connect with other people?
Where do you use criticism in order to relate?
Think of every common place and common sense statement you make that might be construed as complaining by someone overhearing your discussion.
Write them all down. If you are doing the No Complaints for 30 Days challenge, where are you noticing that you don’t know what to say anymore?
Write that down.
I will be sharing more videos on how to expand gratitude from individual complaints. Hopefully that will help you start to fill in those gaps.
Do your best to find as many holes as you can today.
