Today’s journaling prompt: Why did you choose what you chose to discover over these next 30 days?
Yesterday you got clear on what you want the journaling challenge to help you do.
Today, ask yourself why you chose that thing?
Why do you care about it so much that you want to dedicate the next 30 days to understanding it?
That’s it!
We will ask ourselves other questions over the next 29 days. Today, just focus on your “why”.
If other “why”s come up for you, like “why didn’t I choose something else?” or “why did I pick this over all the other options?”, or even a non-why like “what will I do if my attention wanders over the next 4 weeks + 1 day?” answer those questions for yourself.
Listen to the inquiries that arise within you. Express them, get them out, and respond to them in kind.
