Bonus Content – Day 114!

The benefits of living in an honorable society are many. Everything you wish the world could be today are likely the fruit of a society that respects all those who are in it.

If you don’t live honorably in an honorable society, you could losing everything.

If you live honorably in a dishonorable society, can you build anything at all? Or do you have to find your way without compromising your standards, without giving in, and without expecting to impose your will on those who don’t care to honor your code?

Does an honorable person expect everyone else to bend to their will? Or do they simply stand in stark contrast to that which is, in order to provide one example of a potentially better way?

Do you aim to be an honorable member of society?

Do you feel responsible for making the world a better place?

Is your inner code of honor above reproach, or are you willing to learn from those who have a code of their own?

How do you determine who is acting honorably and who is not? Do your personal feelings, preferences, and emotions ever get in the way or cloud your judgment? If they do, what are you doing to conquer that within yourself so you can always act fairly?

Is it important to act fairly? Is that part of your code of honor? Or is your judgment clouded by grudges from the past?

What if everything you’ve ever learned about history has been used to manipulate you into betraying your own sense of honor? To give you the context that would empower you to justify behavior you would otherwise condemn? What will you do if you ever come to realize that everything has been guided by an invisible hand?
