Day 90

What was your True Self like as a child, before you even conceived of the possibility of being a “hero” or having a “mission” in life?

What did you enjoy? What upset you? What did you do for fun? What were you interested in? What got you in trouble? What made you mad? What made you cry?

How did you feel as a child? Were you often in joy, angry, afraid? What did you feel most often?

What did you do with your friends? Did you have friends, or were you more of a loner? Were you an only child?

Tomorrow we will journal about what your parents were like in your hometown.

It’s okay if you use these exercises to reflect on your own childhood rather than make up a fantasy one. No one will know. It can be helpful and healthy to do that sometimes.

If you don’t want to do that, then make everything up. Or make some things up, and keep some things true. Everything is completely up to you.
