Something I wonder about Ipsissimi: how do they see us as humans?
Every so often, people accuse those of us in the Modern Mystery School of being brainwashed and stupid. Stupid enough to be fooled by people who are allegedly trying their best to trick us into spending all of our money on training and healing sessions.
So I often wonder, how does an Ipsissimus see us? If we are paying good money for trainings…how do our Teachers view us as people?
Well, from my experience I can say one thing: my Teachers, especially Founder Gudni, Sovereign Ipsissimus Dave, Sovereign Ipsissimus Hideto, and Ambassador to the Third Order Eric, teach us to spend our money with care and purpose. They challenge us to consider our options carefully in regards to where we invest everything – time, effort, attention, energy, and yes, of course money.
They aren’t doing this as some reverse psychology way of making us “think” we’re choosing exactly what they want us to choose. It is a direct example of how they are teaching us to trust ourselves and do what we can to cultivate a good relationship with everything and everyone we come into contact with.
They teach us to follow our intuition and apply logic to our decisions. The logic that leads people into misery, emotional and/or material poverty isn’t the only logic on the planet. Thank God for that. Therefore, the Leaders of the Modern Mystery School teach us to challenge that which we believe is set in stone in terms of logic and basic arithmetic. Maybe you have been taught your whole life that 1+2 = 4. Even though you sensed something was off for a very long time, every time you tried to challenge it you got your hand slapped by an unruly parent or guardian who said “no! no more thinking about this! you’re just a child, i’m the adult, therefore I’m always right and you’re always wrong!”. Even though you knew better, you also learned to keep your mouth shut anyway. Trying to figure out the truth became a worthless endeavor, except for that sense deep down in your soul that something was wrong never went away.
When you come to the Modern Mystery School, the logic and arithmetic of the Universe is on full display for us to see clearly. We learn that 1+1 = 2, 1+2 = 3, and whatever doesn’t make sense, we are allowed to question it insofar as questioning will help us understand how to do the math correctly. If it will not, we are told to apply the logic and see what happens when we do in full and in earnest.
We have to trust, even if the logic we are learning in our 30’s, 40’s and later in life flies in the face of every other thing we have been taught before.
If the way you were doing things was working, would you really be sitting in a class asking “what’s next?” or “why isn’t this working?” “what will work instead?”
I don’t think so. Unless you’re really bad at arithmetic and logic to begin with. In which case, you probably wouldn’t be sitting in the class in the first place because you wouldn’t notice that what you were doing wasn’t working. You wouldn’t have a desire to learn any more.
Have you ever, as an adult, watched a child run themselves ragged and then pick up and keep going when he was engaged in a game he really enjoyed playing? But the second you ask him to pick up his toys, clean up his room, finish his 2 questions he has to answer for homework, or put his dishes in the dishwasher he’s too exhausted? Too busy? Too distracted? He gets angry at you for asking him to do something when 5 seconds ago he was happy-go-lucky and having the time of his life just being a kid?
It’s frustrating, isn’t it? To see someone who puts such amazing and incredible talent, energy, and focus on display to then all of a sudden act like he is helpless even when the task at hand is menial at best?
That’s how I think Ipsissimi see us sometimes too. They tell us “you’re incredible, you’re amazing, you can do great things! Believe in yourself! You can do it!” But the second that fear and self-doubt creep in we go, “I can’t do this, I need you to do it for me!” And the Ipsissimi face-palm themselves and go “You are God. You can do this one thing that you are all of a sudden getting too much in your head about. I’ve seen you do harder, I’ve seen you do more, with greater energy, focus, and talent than this thing requires of you. You’re okay. Just try.”
I hope I am not taking too many liberties here in assuming an experience that I have not had in this lifetime. I often try to put myself in other people’s shoes so that I can at least understand what life is like on their end.
I care about what it is like to deal with me as a coworker, a student, a classmate, a family member, a friend, a significant other, a fellow driver you share the road with, a stranger you encounter in the airport or grocery store. That is why I care how the Ipissimi and Ipsissime see me.
Each and every one of us is our own individuation of the Divine Spark, a Creator God or Goddess in our own right. The Ipsissimi/e know themselves better than any of us know ourselves today, which means they also have a greater awareness of what is possible for us in our divine expression of ourselves. And rather than lord that over us through a sense of moral or spiritual superiority, the Ipsissimus and Ipsissima use that to elevate all whom are seeking elevation to the highest levels we can imagine and beyond them as well.
But without having that direct experience, my awareness is naturally limited right now. And it will always be more limited than those who are ahead of me on this path of progression because there is always more to learn, and those ahead of me are ahead because they keep going as well. To the untrained mind, that may sound like a conditioned idea of me feeling less than. It’s really not that, but I know if you believed me I wouldn’t have to tell that to you in the first place. Or ever.
All of this is to explain why I try to imagine and I do my best to listen when my Teachers describe their experiences. I want to know what they see in me so that I can start to believe it myself.
I don’t think they’re selling me a line of BS just to get me to keep spending money on classes. In fact, if they were just pandering to my ego I probably would have quit the path a long time ago. Someone who panders to you doesn’t challenge you with anything. They don’t give you anything real. People who use you will fear that a challenge will scare you off, so they just feed you line after line until you get fat – metaphorically speaking.
That’s what the rest of the world does when they want something from you. They feed you line after line, even when they try to make it seem like that’s not what they’re doing, until you are drunk with acceptance and admiration and praise, you succumb to their desires, and then they take the thing they’re after and they leave you high and dry until the next time they want something from you again (if they do). That’s why you have some “friends” who only come around every so often. They ask you if you’re okay when they get even a whiff that there might be some good goss, hot tea, or some drama that they can bring back to their actual circle of friends. If they really cared if you were okay, they would actually nurture a relationship with you even when there was nothing interesting going on on the surface.
We all know this deep down inside, yet we choose to believe otherwise because the logic doesn’t fit our “need” for acceptance, approval, and being a part of a circle.
One more note about Ipissimi/e, again I hope I am not taking too many liberties here. They see us as people to pour into. They understand that the benefit to uplifting all who are seeking to be the Light and Change they wish to see in the world is that the world becomes a better place for everyone in it.
Outsiders and those who are not seeking the Light see the opposite effect. They see the manifestation of their own fears – that flattery is being used to keep us on the hamster wheel of pouring money into a system that is just using us. They never get to see that we are receiving so much more from our Teachers than money can afford to purchase.
The sense that you are worthy of doing great things in this world as long as you are willing to understand the laws that govern success externally and internally and abide by them, as taught by a Teacher who is also teaching you how to follow the laws, is something that not even money can buy. Money buys you a seat in the classroom. Lack of integrity, lack of respect for the Teachers, your classmates, your students, or the Teachings themselves, and no amount of money will gain you the privilege of learning how to reach your highest potential in this lifetime or any other while you are still here on this Earth.
Even if all you have the money for is to invest in the bare minimum of training, you can get 10x out of it as what someone else does based on your own effort, application, and willingness to utilize some kind of system that allows you to assess that which you have gained from trying to learn from your own experiences. If you are able to set up some kind of project-management cycle in your own life as a Mystery School student. If you are able to set up and say “for the next 6 weeks, I am going to live as though everything Sovereign Ipsissimus Dave told me was actually correct and factual, and then at the end of the 6 weeks I will answer these questions to assess the outcome of applying the teachings” YOU will get far more out of your training than someone who spends $1,000’s or $10,000’s to go to a full program and then goes home and applies the teachings whenever it suits them to do so. Without an applied structure, without a plan, without ever making themselves uncomfortable by following his guidance when it was not convenient for them. Without going back and assessing the results of whatever experiment they undertook, they never gain full awareness of what the teachings or the Teachers themselves have to offer them.
I often look and see trash on the side of the road when I drive. For some reason, people in my neighborhood think it’s okay to throw empty tissue boxes out of their cars when they’re done with them.
A person with integrity does the right thing, not because the guardrail of “I’ll get in trouble if someone catches me doing this” or “I’ll get in trouble if I don’t do it” is there, but because of an inner guidance system of respect, awareness, caring what other people think of them or just caring about other people, period, and knowing that every action requires another one. If you throw a tissue box out of your car on the side of the road, someone has to pick that up eventually. If it’s a busy street, or if you throw it out of your car and it goes beyond the road into a creek or a forest, what are the implications of that.
Teenagers, children with absent or neglient parents, adults with no integrity – they always have an excuse or a reason why it doesn’t matter.
They act that way in all of their relationships as well. People who care about themselves often feel frustrated trying to get along with people like this in the world because nothing ever matters to them unless it affects their paycheck, or something they’re supposed to get.
Fines for littering can only matter insofar as the people they’re supposed to deter from littering actually get caught. It’s the same mentality as using a hall pass. It doesn’t matter until it does.
The world would be a better place if we all had that inner guidance system turned on.
How do we do that?
