I am going to be honest, I was more than half asleep when I wrote yesterday’s prompt. I went back and edited it just now, and I am surprised I only had to fix 2-3 grammatical + spelling errors. Pretty sweet!

At certain points I was typing with my eyes fully closed. I dozed off early last night, so when I woke up around 1 am I just got to writing so I could fall back asleep again.

I know yesterday I mentioned being driven back to a Villain mentality if the people you’re serving don’t appreciate you or notice what you contribute to their overall wellbeing. I am not ready to explore that lane yet. I don’t know if we will revisit that chapter during this phase of our journaling journey. We’ve spent a lot of time talking about our Villain era.

It might be all behind us now 🙂 for good! For better! For greatness!

So, what’s next?

What else do Super Heroes have to contend with?

We have covered ungrateful townspeople, people who turn on you even though all you’re trying to do is help them, what might make you change your turn and turn against them (both behaviors and actual monetary values), your powers and three different versions of your Super Hero Self.

I have been working on a final 4th version of my Super Hero self today. Do you want to see her?

I will warn you, I asked Chat GPT to make a sexy version of this image and then it flagged it for inappopriate request. So I changed the prompt to “beautiful, slender” and ChatGPT gave me an image where AI me was wearing a dress with a slit that ended at my hip. All the way up my leg.

So I told ChatGPT to make the slit end at my midthigh, and it generated a new image while ignoring my command.

The third (and final image of the next 24 hours) still had a slit the size of my whole leg, but at least it left a little something to the imagination by ending the slit at the top of my thigh.

Make up your mind, ChatGPT! You can’t tell me my request was inappopriate and then ignore my commands to clean your version up a bit!

I don’t know why I continue fighting with that software. It’s really a mystery to me still.

Ok, now that we’ve gone down that tiny rabbit hole, what are we journaling about today?

I think our Super Heroes need a win. After all those scenarios of people turning against you, of bringing to Light that they’re taking advantage of your talents by expecting you to work for free, we need to lighten the mood and let you focus on something you get out of being a Super Hero in THIS universe – since we are not Marvel, DC, nor are we Stan Lee (the G.O.A.T.).

Guess what we’re talking about today?

That’s right. How much do you as a Super Hero EARN for using your talents to make the world a better place?

Of course you can write down ANY NUMBER YOU’D LIKE TO WRITE DOWN. I recommend writing down whatever number comes to mind, throw the highest value currency symbol infront (or behind) it, and add a few more digits before that decimal point at the end.

Need an example?

Let’s say the first number that comes to mind is $1,000,000,000.

I recommend you write down £999,999,999,999,999,888.99. Just for funsies.

So now, whether you write down a number before or after you do this, here is what I want you to write down as well:

What do you do for the world that generates 4X more value than what you receive as your income for being a Super Hero?

So, if your annual salary is ¥750 Trillion, or €891 Quadrillion, how are you offering a value of AT LEAST ¥3 Quadrillion, or €3.56 Quintillion?

Let’s just pretend that whatever you choose has that amount of value for the number of people you serve in THEIR eyes, which is why they pay so much for your services.

Stay with me here for a moment. Because THIS goes against EVERYTHING we have ever been taught about Super Heroes before, doesn’t it?

Sometimes Super Heroes receive keys to the city. Have you ever seen a Super Hero earn a big, fat, bounty hunter check before?

Maybe Jessica Jones, since that was her actual profession, that and detective. But as part of the regular Super Hero lore?

No way! Never! Super Heroes HAVE TO work for Free! That is part of what makes them Super Heroes!

The problem with that is that everyone takes what they get for free for granted. It is r-i-d-i-c-u-l-o-u-s.

So there is no way in 2026 that Super Heroes would be doing ALL THAT WORK for free! No way!

They would be using their Super Hero powers to FLEX, and make everyone else want what they have, and then put a good price on it. A high price helps you see who is serious about what you have to offer. It allows you to modulate to whom you offer your services, when, and what you get to do with your time off.

Nothing is better than money when it comes to “I’ll give you this if you give me that” exchanges. N-O-T-H-I-N-G. Nothing. Nada.

Not homemade pies, not a car wash, not gas, not a roof over your head.

Cash allows you to buy all of that yourself, depending on what YOU ENJOY, not what the other person has to give. You get to dictate where the money goes. The exchange isn’t based on how much the other person values what they have to give you.

As a real world example, I have offered Life Activations in the past for a certain dollar amount. And some people really have the gall to say that something they sell for less than half that amount is worth the same as what I am offering them.

To quote a Gen Z person – “no the ‘f’ it is not!”

So I don’t do trades for healing sessions, or classes, or anything anymore.

You need to think the same way about your super powers today. I know we are talking about a fictional scenario.

My hope is that you actually apply this logic to your every day.

How? By taking stock of your talents, skills, and abilities and putting a dollar amount on how much people need to give you in order to benefit from them.

One question you should ALWAYS have in your mind, even when thinking about your everyday salary is, “how much value are you gaining from what I am giving you?” “What does my input actually mean to this business?” “How can it be measured in dollars and cents?”

Any good business keeps track of how much each project returns in revenue each year. They might not always tell you (which means they’re not that good at business). There is not much you can do about that today.

“Know your worth” is an extremely nebulous concept. It has no meaning to someone like me. Because it is all based on how you feel about yourself that day. You could be worth $0.01, or $1,000,000,555,999.99 depending on your mood.

You need to be able to measure the impact of what you contribute in financial gains over time.

What is one way you can do that, as your Super Hero self? Get creative.

Have no limits in your mind around this exercise today. “Sky’s the limit”? No way. Think more than that. There is no limit.
