Day 62

Here we are. Another day 0, the beginning of another 30 (31) day cycle. What a wonderful milestone!

I love these daily prompts. They are as much of a journey for me as they are for you.

Someone asked me if the prompts are something that are suggested to me. No, I make them up as I go along. They are all me. No ChatGPT. No AI. WordPress isn’t offering me suggestions, though it does do that on it’s blog page. WordPress (the site that hosts this website and my other one, themelissareddick.com) does offer prompts to help writers decide what to write about in our blogs. But I don’t use those either. I have enough inspiration from my every day life, and from my training at the Modern Mystery School to build these 31 day cycles for you, or really for us I suppose.

So let us carry on.

Let us prepare ourselves for the next 30 days. I had a lot of fun with AI this morning to develop my idea of myself as a super hero. Do you want to see what I came up with?

I want you to do something like this too. This Hero archetype will be our foundation for the next 30 days. I used ChatGPT to create the imagery I wanted. I just kept building on it until I ran out of free image memory for the day. Tomorrow, maybe I will make more images, if the timing works out.

I am going back to SoJo Spa for my third Volcanic Sand Bath in a row. I am trying to shed my old skin (spiritually, figuratively, not literally). The Sand Bath seems like one tool that will help me do that right now.

So create your hero archetype in ChatGPT. Canva has AI functionality too. I haven’t used it with images of myself yet. Maybe you have. I want you to really get visually clear on what you look like as your Hero self.

America is important to me. It is where I am from. I have a long history of men in my family who served in the US Military – Air Force, mainly. Some Army, some Navy I think. I take a lot of pride in this country. I was almost swayed against the US by different propagandists – mainly Black Lives Matter and the Middle East/Communists. Thank God that did not last.

Who are you a Hero for? Who are you a Hero because of? Don’t be ashamed of your nationality. Whether you are Korean or American, Japanese, Haitian, Chinese, Vietnamese, Philipino, European, Indonesian, Indian, etc. etc. etc. You get the picture. Who are you fighting for? What do you want to achieve as your Highest Hero Self?

Bring that to life in an image or three. Put that somewhere that you can refer back to during the next 30 days of journaling prompts. Should I just start calling it a journaling challenge at this point? I am not sure.

We are going to start with gratitude from Day 1. Be ready for that.

See you tomorrow bestie!!

That’s right. We’re best friends now. If you’ve stuck around this long, we have to be at least on track to getting there.

I hope so anyway!

☺️
